Madison Coleman Salesperson

Madison Coleman grew up heavily involved in all of her family’s businesses, from excavating to farming to real estate, she helped out with it all! While growing up on her family’s farm she began her own registered Shorthorn cattle herd at 14 and learned the importance of how details can make or break a business. She also has learned the importance of being able to communicate and meet customer needs through her private treaty beef sales, being the 2020 Montgomery County Fair Queen, and assisting at the Missouri State Fair cattle shows. Madison has a passion for the land whether it be being actively involved in the farm or sitting in a deer blind. She also has gained a sincere appreciation for all farmers and ranchers who put in the hard labor and long hours to help feed the world.

Madison attended the University of Missouri – Columbia where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences with a minor in Agribusiness Management in May of 2024. At Mizzou, she was a part of the MU Livestock Judging Team and the chairperson of the Mizzou Block and Bridle Steers & Stripes Show for two years. Through these experiences, she developed a knowledge of working with people and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. She has decided to put that to use by helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate and auction needs. Whether it be farmland, hunting ground, or your first home, Madison is ready to serve you! 

Jose Cruz Broker / Owner

Jose’ Cruz was originally raised on a small farm in St. Charles County and later attended the University of Missouri, Columbia. As a 1989 graduate in Agricultural Mechanization, he returned to develop the first 100% biodiesel powered truck in the U. S. While working for the university he was hired away as a territory manager to represent Fabick Tractor’s agricultural division. In 2001 a unique opportunity offered itself as he was able to start a large farming operation near Jefferson City. He began to farm and took a management position at a construction company. In 2006 he became a sales associate for United Country Real Estate. His background provided the expertise to sell farms, recreational, and commercial properties. In 2013 he opened his first office and added a second in 2015. He and his team of agents have ranked high throughout the years as United Country's successful offices. Jose’ contributes his success to honesty, attention to detail, and listening to the needs and wants of his clients.
